Nadia Martini is a Attorney at law (Italy) and consultant specialising in privacy and data protection law, information technology, artificial intelligence and intellectual/industrial property for over 20 years.
Martini is the Partner in charge of the Data Protection, Cyber Security & Innovation department at Rödl Italy, which includes more than 10 qualified and certified colleagues, attorneys and technicians.
In 2024 she completed both the Master’s Degree in Law and Artificial Intelligence – Altalex and the Master’s Degree in Privacy Officer & Privacy Consultant – Altalex, while in 2014 she completed the Master's Degree in New Technology Law - Altalex.
She is also the leader of Rödl's International Technology & Data Group, where she works with over 50 expert colleagues worldwide.
She provides consulting services to businesses and public administrations.
She is a Data Protection Officer, UNI CEI EN 17740:2024 certified DPO and Privacy Officer certified according to the ISO/IEC 17024 standard. She is the author of numerous publications in these fields, a lecturer at universities and training organisations, and Technical Director of the DPO Academy Advanced Training Course.
