Since 1994, Rödl & Partner’s head office is located in the Äußere Sulzbacher Straße 100 in Nuremberg. With almost 800 colleagues in total, it is the biggest office worldwide. The building sections are based on our philosophy and reflect the openness and transparency of Rödl & Partner’s structures. Great importance was attached to numerous meeting areas – for a spontaneous and uncomplicated exchange – as well as on open and communicative workspaces. In contrast to confined spaces, free and creative thinking is fostered in such an atmosphere. In addition, a large number of single and two-person offices as well as meeting rooms are available, which allow for discretion and peace and quiet. As Rödl & Partner is constantly growing, we have expanded our premises. The offices in the so-called Air Campus naturally also reflect our needs and values.

We are a proactive and innovative firm with an entrepreneurial approach, a leader in multi-professional consulting for German family businesses and among the first in consulting for medium-sized and large companies operating in Italy, always putting the person at the centre.​
