Employment Law and Labour Consultancy

Rödl & Partner’s Employment Law and Labour Consultancy department includes lawyers and labour consultants specialized in employment law, offering legal support in Italian, German, and English.

The team advises both Italian and international companies in drafting individual and collective employment agreements, managing payroll, and handling all legal and social security obligations related to employment relationships—from hiring to termination.

Thanks to the solid expertise of our consultants and the close collaboration with colleagues from the domestic and international tax departments, as well as the corporate and administrative law teams, we assist companies during extraordinary operations such as business and branch transfers, reorganizations and restructurings, conversions, and reindustrializations. Our approach focuses on developing tailored, business-oriented solutions.

Support during all stages of recruitment, hiring, employment management, and termination;
Drafting of employment contracts, internal policies, and company regulations (also using legal design);
