Roberto Pera, LL.M.

​Roberto Pera, Managing Partner at Rödl & Partner Italy, is specialized in M&A, renewable energy, corporate law, banking, and finance. With a strong academic background, he earned a law degree from the University of Rome (1991), an LL.M. from Columbia University in New York (1996), and a Ph.D. from the Universities of Rome and Macerata (1997), along with a specialization in M&A valuation from INSEAD Fontainebleau. Since 2007, he has been a Partner at Rödl & Partner Italy, focusing on M&A transactions, greenfield project development and PPAs in the renewable energy sector, joint ventures, bankruptcy law, franchising, and project finance.
