​Today, DEI is not only an ethical issue, but also a strategic lever for companies seeking sustainable grow. Regulations are evolving rapidly and continuously, ranging from pay transparency to new anti-discrimination law.

The “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Brief Insight Series" is designed for all HR functions operating within Italian and international companies who want to stay up to date on the latest DEI regulations and case law, ensuring compliance and reducing the risk of legal disputes.
