Stefania Gestra is a certified public accountant registered with the Milan Order and a statutory auditor. She graduated with honors in Economics and Business Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
After a period at a leading international professional firm, she gained extensive experience at Rödl & Partner.
Her areas of expertise include national and international tax law, VAT, Italian and international accounting principles, and extraordinary transactions.
She primarily focuses on providing consultancy on fiscal, financial, and corporate matters for capital companies and multinational groups operating mainly in the Real Estate and Energy sectors.
She assists investors in M&A transactions, performs tax and financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), and advises on tax structuring.
Stefania has also gained experience in preparing inquiries for the Tax Administration and financial models for valuation.
