Profile - Overview

​Luigi Maria Pepe, LLM and PhD, is an associate professor of Comparative Public Law and Italian and Comparative Environmental and Energy Law at the Faculty of Law of ECampus University, as well as a lawyer specialising in administrative law with a particular focus on environmental and energy law.

He is the author of several monographs and scientific publications in Italian and international journals, as well as deputy editor of the journal “Diritto dell'Ambiente e dell'Energia. Law, Environment, Energy”, published by Jovene, Naples.

He obtained an LLM in International Energy Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a PhD in Comparative Law and Processes of Integration from the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli. He is a member of the Italian Bar Association. He has gained experience in advising, in and out of court, Italian and foreign clients in all areas of administrative law, with a particular focus on the energy and environmental sector.

  • Assistance in relations and authorisation procedures with local authorities and public authorities (ARERA (Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment), GSE (Italian Energy Service Company), Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security).
