Svenja Bartels

​Svenja Bartels, Attorney at law (Italy) and Attorney at law (German), graduated in law from the University of Bonn, with additional studies in Switzerland. She is registered with the bar associations in both Germany and Italy.

She has collaborated with leading international law firms, gaining extensive experience in advising foreign investors, banks, and investment fund companies in the fields of energy, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. She also specializes in M&A transactions and foreign trade between Italy and Germany.

Svenja joined Rödl & Partner Italia in 2005 and has been a Partner since 2010. She is responsible for the German Desk and the energy team at Rödl & Partner’s Padua office.​
