Seven new Senior Associates for Rödl & Partner Italy

Luca Chilla is Statutory Auditor, Certified Tax Consultant (Italy). Graduated in Business Economics and Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and obtained a Master's Diploma in Program Planning and Management Control from a School of High Finance in Milan. Since 2021, he has been collaborating with the statutory auditing department at Rödl & Partner Italy. He mainly deals with auditing statutory and consolidated national and international financial statements in accordance with Italian and international regulations, financial statement analysis and risk analysis, together with due diligence activities in the context of extraordinary transactions.

Pamela D'Alena is Statutory Auditor, Certified Tax Consultant (Italy). Graduated in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University. She mainly deals with statutory and voluntary auditing. Since 2021, she has been working with the statutory auditing department of Rödl & Partner Italy, where she is responsible for verifying the correct application of Italian and German accounting standards, analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of the internal control system, and providing assistance to client companies in the drafting of financial statements.

Jana Maria Delueg is Attorney at law (Italy) since 2021, she operates in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, and M&A. She mainly provides consultancy in corporate law to companies from German-speaking or English-speaking regions, as part of the German Desk team in Milan.

After completing the first three years of her law studies at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and spending a semester in Boston (USA) at the Harvard, she earned her law degree from the University of Innsbruck.

Edoardo Dominici is Certified Tax Consultant (Italy). He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from John Cabot University in Rome and is registered with the Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Roma. He is Senior Associate at Rödl & Partner Italy, where he specializes in tax consultancy related to national tax law, accounting compliance according to national accounting principles, M&A valuation assistance, and support for investors in tax Due Diligence processes.

Rachele Finocchito is an Attorney at law (Italy) registered with the Lecce Bar Association. 

She assists Italian and foreign companies in drafting and implementing commercial contracts, including in the digital field. She also provides consultancy on civil law issues, particularly in the areas of contract law, intellectual property law and consumer protection. She is the author of articles in trade journals and  speaker at seminars on topics within her area of expertise.

Luigi Maria Pepe, LLM and PhD, is an associate professor of Comparative Public Law and Italian and Comparative Environmental and Energy Law at the Faculty of Law of ECampus University, as well as a lawyer specialising in administrative law with a particular focus on environmental and energy law. He is the author of several monographs and scientific publications in Italian and international journals, as well as deputy editor of the journal “Diritto dell'Ambiente e dell'Energia. Law, Environment, Energy”, published by Jovene, Naples. He obtained an LLM in International Energy Law and Policy from​​ the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a PhD in Comparative Law and Processes of Integration from the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli. He is a member of the Italian Bar Association. He has gained experience in advising, in and out of court, Italian and foreign clients in all areas of administrative law, with a particular focus on the energy and environmental sector.

Marcello Ruggieri is a Certified Tax Consultant (Italy) registered with the Padua Association, a Statutory Auditor (Italy) registered with the Register of Statutory Auditors and an Over-Indebtedness Crisis Manager registered with the relevant register. He holds a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Ca' Foscari University in Venice. After completing his professional training at Rödl & Partner Italy, he widened his expertise at other well-known firms in Padua, before returning to us to continue his professional growth. He mainly deals with ordinary, corporate and tax consultancy, insolvency proceedings and, in addition, the former Law 3/2012, now the subject of the recent reform relating to the Business Crisis Code. He has gained significant experience in insolvency and tax restructuring, as well as in the preparation of business and share valuations.
