Rödl & Partner Italy advises on the sale of a 10.5 MW photovoltaic portfolio

An interdisciplinary team from Rödl & Partner Italy assisted the buyer throughout the transaction, handling the legal, financial, tax, contractual and corporate due diligenc​e, as well as the acquisition phase. The team was led by the Partner Roberto Pera, together with the Associate Partner Barbara Mateos Frühbeck. They were joined by the Associate Partner Luca Petroni and Junior Associates Alice Fiorillo, Mattia Loffarelli and Alessandra Luci, who handled the corporate and contractual due diligence of the companies, as well as the preparation and negotiation of the contracts for the acquisition of the company. Senior Associate Rosa Ciamillo and Associate Luigi Maria Pepe handled the legal due diligence of the photovoltaic plants and related administrative aspects. Partner Thomas Giuliani, together with Manager Emanuele Spagnoletti-Zeuli, Senior Associate Erald Karriqi and Associate Edoardo Dominici, handled the tax and financial due diligence of the companies.

This transaction represents a significant expansion of the LCF Alliance group's photovoltaic portfolio in Italy, further strengthening its presence and commitment to the renewable energy sector.​
