Rödl & Partner Italy with Grenke Italia on partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo

Milan, 31 January 2025 - Rödl & Partner Italy provided legal advice to Grenke Italia, through its parent company Grenke AG, in the industrial partnership agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP).

The industrial partnership agreement signed with Grenke AG provides, subject to the necessary authorisations, for the transfer of Intesa Sanpaolo's entire stake in Intesa Sanpaolo Rent Foryou to Grenke Locazione, the company through which the Grenke Group operates in Italy, thereby strengthening its market position.

The overall coordination was managed by the Managing Partner of Rödl & Partner Italy, Stefan Brandes (second from the left), who was assisted by Sebastiano Iacono (Manager – third from the left), head of legal DD, with regard to negotiations, by Luca Petroni (Associate Partner – first from the left) for commercial law, DD and contracts, and by Massimo Riva (Associate Partner – fourth from the left) for legal advice.
