Attorney at the Milan Bar Association, she has been with Rödl & Partner Italy since 1998 and, since 2008, has been a Partner and Co-Head of the Labour Law Department, as well as Head of the firm's Sustainability Practice.
An expert in labour law, unfair competition, and sustainability, she provides legal advice and litigation assistance to Italian and international companies on employment law and unfair competition matters.
She has extensive experience in integrating sustainability into corporate governance and sustainability communication, focusing on D&I and the new anti-discrimination law, green claims, and unfair commercial practices. Always attentive to technological and regulatory developments, she deals with the impact of new technologies and sustainability on employment relationships and corporate communication.
She is also a speaker at seminars and training courses on labour law and sustainability in Italy and abroad.
