Dr. Barbara Klaus

​Avv. Barbara Klaus is a graduate in law from the University of Bayreuth and is licensed to practice law both in Italy and Germany. With 20 years of experience in European and international law, she focuses on food law, pharmaceutical law, including medical devices. She provides legal assistance to national and international companies operating in the "Life Sciences" sector, addressing issues arising from product development, production, and commercialization. Since 2015, Avv. Klaus has been a partner at Rödl & Partner and leads the "Life Sciences" department.
