Voilàp Glass acquires Mappi International, assisted by Rödl & Partner Italy

Milan, 4 February 2025 – Voilàp Glass, a holding company formed by the multinational Voilàp group and Mamisa, a holding company owned by the Spezzani family, has completed the acquisition of 51 per cent of the share capital of Mappi International, a company specialising in the design and sale of glass tempering and laminating equipment. 
 
The acquisition aims to consolidate the Voilàp Group's presence in the industrial glass processing machinery sector, complementing its existing stake in Keraglass.

The sellers were advised throughout the transaction by Rödl & Partner Italia, with a team led by Giuseppe Francesco Bonacci (Associate Partner - third from left), and formed by Edoardo Tosetto (Senior Associate - first from left) and Stephan Daniel Cascone (Associate - second from left), and by Junior Associate Andrea Tack (fourth from left).​
