Rödl & Partner Italy in the acquisition of the B2F group

Milan, 30 June 2025 – The shareholders of the B2F group – founded and incorporated in Italy more than 20 years ago and operating as a digital solution provider with vertical specialization in the fintech sector, whose digital platforms, offered on a pay-per-use basis, connect financial services to local and virtual sales channels – brought to a successful end the sale of all their shares to Grenke Digital GmbH, a company belonging to the German Grenke Group, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and an international leader in the small-ticket operating leasing market. The Grenke Group operates in over 30 countries and has approximately 2,300 employees worldwide.

The aim of the transaction is to create a digital ecosystem that sets a new standard in the market.

Rödl & Partner Italy assisted the buyer, Grenke Digital GmbH, in all legal aspects of the due diligence and the negotiation of the acquisition agreements, with a team of experts led by Partner Stefan Brandes, assisted by Associate Partner Sebastiano Iacono and Associate Jana Maria Delueg.
