Profile - Overview

Paolo Zani is a Certified Tax Consultant registered with the Milan Association and a Statutory Auditor (Italy). He holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan. After gaining experience at a Big4 firm, he has built a solid professional background at Rödl & Partner Italy.

His expertise includes national and international tax law, Italian and international accounting principles, and extraordinary corporate transactions. He primarily advises leading companies and multinational groups on tax, financial, and corporate matters.

Paolo assists companies in M&A transactions, tax and financial due diligence (both buy-side and seller-side), tax structuring, and business valuation. He has significant experience with IAS/IFRS accounting principles, including First Time Adoption for stock exchange listings, and supports companies in preparing and updating financial models.
