Massimo Riva

Massimo Riva is registered with the Milan Bar Association and has gained professional experience at leading Italian and international law firms. He has been with Rödl & Partner Italy since 2015, specializing primarily in Labor Law. He assists Italian and multinational companies in the daily management of employment relationships as well as during extraordinary operations, and he handles labor-related litigation.

He regularly collaborates with the Litigation department on corporate, energy, and unfair competition issues, as well as with the CSR and Sustainability department. 

He is also one of the key professionals behind WorkEgg, a task force of experts that brings together specialized skills to provide a comprehensive view of corporate reorganization and new ways of working, particularly focusing on the implementation of smart working in companies.
