Evelyn Ziebs

Evelyn Ziebs is a an attornery at law in Italy and Rechtsanwältin. She specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions and heads the German Legal Desk at Rödl & Partner Italy’s Milan office.

Evelyn primarily advises companies from German- and English-speaking countries, assisting them with company formations, joint ventures, mergers and demergers, as well as acquisition projects involving share or asset deals.

Before obtaining her Rechtsanwältin qualification in Hamburg, she gained two years of research experience at the University of Bielefeld in Germany.
