Martina Ortillo

​Martina Ortillo assists Italian and multinational companies on Information Technology and Privacy issues across various specific areas, collaborating with the Corporate, M&A, Labor Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation departments. She particularly provides support regarding commercial transactions and contractual aspects related to the protection of personal data, including in relation to websites and apps, cookies, marketing activities, e-commerce, and data transfers abroad.

Martina obtained her Degree in Law from the University of Milan in 2010, with a thesis on civil liability for violations of European and national antitrust laws, and she completed a period of study in international and European law at the University of Oviedo (Spain).

Licensed to practice both in Italy and Spain, Martina has been a member of the Milan Bar Association and the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 2011.
