Attorney at law (Italy) Associate Padua +39 049 8046 911 Email Profile - Overview After graduating with honors in Law from the’Università degli Studi di Padova, Stefano Foffani completed a postgraduate course in "Big Data, AI, and Platforms" at the Università La Statale di Milano and a Top Legal Master’s in "Tech Law & Digital Transformation" at Top Legal Academy. During his studies, he also participated in a training course in "Blockchain: Law, Business, and Economics" at the College of Law & Business in Tel Aviv. Since 2020, Attorney Foffani has been collaborating with Rödl & Partner in the Privacy and Data Protection Department, where he assists both Italian and international clients in matters related to Data Protection and emerging technologies. His work includes the implementation of the GDPR at leading international companies and providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian and foreign businesses.
