Profile - Overview

Graduated in Business Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan and a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan, he is a legal auditor and authorized tax consultant. He is also authorized as a defender before the Italian Tax Court. Co-founder of Rödl & Partner Italia in 1998, he specializes in providing tax consulting services to foreign investors in Italy, with a specific focus on international implications (Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing, EU VAT regulations) and subsequent tax disputes.
